Cause and Effect

Cause & Effect were formed in Sacramento, CA by vocalist/guitarist Rob Rowe and keyboardist Sean Rowley, initially active from 1989-1992. Rowley died in November 1992, while on tour as the opening act for Information Society, at a sound check in Minneapolis, MN of heart failure brought on by a severe asthma attack.

Rowe decided to continue the band in 1994 and was active until announcing a hiatus in 2013.
