Jeff Moates

Sacramento, CA area songwriter, vocalist and guitarist, AKA "Jebby".

Interested in Civil War history, Jebby joined the National Civil War Association in 1994 to reenact the Civil War as a private in the 7th Virginia Infantry. In the fall of 2001, he appeared as an extra in the motion picture "Gods and Generals" and in 2006 wrote and produced the Civil War musical drama, "Brothers".

He has also written several Christian musical productions, including "Hour of the Lord" (1977), "Picture of Jesus" (2002) and "Elijah" (20??).

Born in Fresno, CA in 1959, he is now Worship Pastor at Bear Creek Community Church in Lodi.
