It looks like Carlos Munoz channeled his inner Maldonado at the season opening Grand Prix of St. Petersburg IndyCar race today, starting off a multi-car chain reaction accident during a restart.

The race was won by Penske old boy Juan-Pablo Montoya who beat teammate Simon Pagenaud for two in a row at St.Pete.
